Is an order from an extra-EU country subject to the payment of customs duties?

Orders placed outside of the European Union may be subject to the payment of customs duties upon delivery, upon request from the courier.
Is it possible to track my order after shipping?

Yes, after receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive your tracking number from our Shipping Partner.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?

If after your order confirmation email, you have not received your tracking number from our Shipping Partner , we advise you contact our Customer Service team.
What size should I get?

LB9 products work best when fitted to the body, to take advange of their compression and/or waterproof properties.

Please consult our size guide found on each product page aside the size selector.

How do I return my product?

If you wish to return a product please contact us and a member of our Customer Service team will get back to you with shipping instructions.
My product doesn't quite fit right, can my make a size change?
